At a gathering of senior technology leaders from across the San Francisco Bay Area organised at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Milpitas, Pujya Brahmavihari Swami spoke on the theme “Value Added Life – Leading with Values, Thriving with Purpose.”

Forgive and Let Go – Release the weight of others’ mistakes to move forward with peace and clarity. Believe in People – Win hearts, not just minds. Trust is the foundation of authentic leadership. Honor Your Word – Integrity begins with keeping promises. Your word shapes your legacy.

He illustrated how timeless values shaped their enduring impact.
There was a personal interaction between each attendee and Pujya Brahmavihari Swami. Many leaders shared that they left feeling spiritually renewed, thoughtful about their own journey, and newly inspired to lead with greater purpose.
