On Request of Asstt. Engineer, Kasauli, Permission accorded to H.P. PWD (B&R), Kasauli for carrying out the said work and temporary closure of the road w.e.f. 26.08.2026 to 05.09.2026, as per the schedule proposed in the aforesaid letter, i.e. from 12:00 midnight to 06:00 AM.
Keeping in view the movement of tourists and vehicular traffic towards Kasauli, no such closure/work shall be undertaken on Saturdays and Sundays during the aforesaid period. The department shall ensure proper barricading, warning signages and all necessary safety measures during execution of the work. The work shall be completed expeditiously and the road shall be made motorable immediately after completion of the work during the permitted hours. Further, the SHO Police Stations Dharampur/Kasauli is directed to depute adequate police personnel, as required, at the work site for traffic regulation and public safety during execution of the work.
