‘SHRI RAMAYAN PARAYAN YAJNA’ ORGANISED AT SHRI RAM SHARNAM ABOHAR

Raj Sadosh/Abohar.

The ‘Shri Ramayan Parayan Yajna’—based on the holy granth Ramayan composed in Sanskrit by Bhagwan Shri Valmiki Ji Maharaj and translated into simple Hindi by Swami Shri Satyanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj—is being conducted with profound devotion, deep sentiment, and strict discipline at the Shri Ram Sharnam Mandir located on Malout Road under the sacred guidance of Pujya Shri Krishan Ji Maharaj and Pujya Shri Maa Rekha Ji Maharaj.

It was noted that in this modern era, millions of devotees from across the country and abroad are finding spiritual fulfillment by watching the live broadcast of this grand Yajna via YouTube. In this same spirit, the revered Gurus have granted permission to host an extensive version of this Yajna at the Shri Ram Sharnam Mandir in Abohar for the benefit of hundreds of local devotees. Devotees from neighbouring villages and towns are also participating with great enthusiasm, enriching their lives through this sacred event.

MLA Sandeep Kumar Jakhar also reached the Mandir and sought blessings of this noble Yajna. He said that Shri Ram Sharnam is known widely for changing the lives of devotees besides taking up social welfare activities that include strengthening the environment.

Chief coordinator Madan Lal Bhalotia announced that the Sunday morning session will take place from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. It is likely that the “Sunder Kand” will also be recited on Sunday. The Yajna will conclude on Tuesday, October 20, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, followed by a Langar Bhandara.
