UT CRICKET ASSOCIATION OPENS PLAYER REGISTRATION FOR 2025-26 SEASON

The UT Cricket Association (UTCA) has opened the players registration for all the formats for both men and women categories for the season 2025-26.

(MOREPIC1)  In a communiation UTCA, Sanjay Tandon, President, UTCA stated the eligibility criteria has been changed. Now the players who fulfil anyone of the following four criterias will be eligible for registration for the next year i.e. 2025-26.

Firstly, Applicants born in Chandigarh and having a computerized or digital birth certificate. Secondly, Players studying in Chandigarh having mark sheets for the academic years 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2024-25 along with a current bonafide certificate for the 2025-26 session from a recognized educational institution in Chandigarh.

Thirdly, Players possessing an official identification document like passport, voter card, or Aadhar card issued on or before September 1, 2021. Fourthly,. Players who are employed are required to submit an appointment letter, salary slip and bank statement showing continuous salary credited since September 1, 2021. Fifthly, Children of Govt employees recently posted in Chandigarh and studying in Chandigarh will also be eligible.

A player who fulfils any one of the four criteria will be eligible to register for the upcoming season. Detailed eligibility criteria can be seen on the website of the association i.e. at https://chandigarh.cricket

Applications can be submitted through the UTCA app by March 15, 2025.
