In the interest of administration, following transfers and postings of the members of H.P. Judicial Service are hereby ordered with immediate effect. In this regard Registrar General of Himachal High Court issued orderd on Thursday.
Sh. Yajuvender Singh, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr is transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge-11, Shimla.
Sh. Harmesh Kumar, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court (Rape & POCSO), Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr, on his promotion/appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge on officiating basis for a period of two years, is transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr.
Ms. Neha Dahiya, Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Sirmaur at Nahan, on her promotion/appointment as Additional District & Sessions Judge on adhoc basis, is transferred and posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court (Rape & POCSO), Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr.
Ms. Upasna Sharma, Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM, Palampur, on her placement as Chief Judicial Magistrate, is transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sirmaur at Nahan.
Sh. Umesh Verma, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Shimla, on his promotion/appointment in the cadre of Senior Civil Judges, on officiating basis for a period of two years, is ordered to be posted as such at the present place of posting.
Sh. Ekansh Kapil, Civil Judge-cum-JMFC-II, Shimla, on his promotion/appointment in the cadre of Senior Civil Judges purely on adhoc basis, is transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM-II, Shimla.
