To celebrate Rajat Jayanti of Kargil Vijay Diwas and commemorate the selfless service of the fallen heroes of Operation Vijay, Chetak Corps of Sapta Shakti Command hosted a spectacular “Know your Army” Weapon and Equipment Display at the Bathinda Military Station on Thursday.
(MOREPIC1) The display drew a large enthusiastic crowd including more than 1500 students and NCC Cadets from various schools of Bathinda. The young attendees were captivated by an impressive showcase of the latest weaponry, equipment and state of the art technology of the Indian Army inventory, Performance of live band with patriotic songs and inspiring movie on Operation Vijay further enhanced the fervour of the event.
The event also featured interaction of students with gallant soldiers and officers providing young minds a glimpse into military life and inspiring future aspirations to join the armed forces
