General Observer Lakshmi Kant Reddy and Police Observer AR Damodhar, nominated by the Election Commission for Lok Sabha Elections, visited Abohar Constituency on Thursday and reviewed the preparations and also inspected the strong room of the EVM machines and the counting center.

Reddy said that all arrangements should be made to ensure fair and peaceful elections as per the instructions of the Election Commission. He said that the entire election staff should perform their duty diligently to make the election festival successful.

Police Observer AR Damodhar said that according to the instructions of the Election Commission, full security arrangements must be made and no negligence will be tolerated in this work.

Additional Deputy Commissioners Rakesh Kumar Popli and Amarinder Singh Malhi, SDM Pankaj Bansal, DSPs Arun Mundan and Sukhwinder Singh Brar were also present on the occasion.
