The Baba Farid Group of Institutions (BFGI), Bathinda on Saturday organized the Academic Excellence & Career Guidance Summit 2026 at Abohar.
The event turned out to be a grand success with the participation of more than 300 students along with 75+ principals and teachers, reflecting the growing need for structured career guidance among young aspirants.
The summit was specifically designed for students of 10th, 11th, 12th, and diploma streams. It provided deep insights into emerging career opportunities, trending courses, and future industry demands. One of the major highlights of the event was the one-to-one expert counselling sessions, where students received personalized guidance based on their interests, aptitude, and career goals.
An insightful expert session was delivered by Dr. Rajinder Singh Dhanoa, the Chief Guest. He guided students on effective career planning, informed decision making, and emphasized the importance of skill development and a goal-oriented approach for achieving success. During the event, principals and teachers were also honoured for their significant contribution to the field of education, acknowledging their role in shaping the future of students.
