BUNDELKHAND ARTISTS SHINE ON OTT: WEB SERIES “SARIKA” SET TO RELEASE SOON

Face2News/Mumbai

Viewers are soon going to experience a new wave of thrill, mystery, and horror on OTT platforms. The upcoming web series Sarika, based on the horror, drama, and crime-thriller genre, is fully ready for release.

The series has been directed, written, and edited by Aditya Tiwari, while it has been jointly produced by Naresh Tiwari and Aditya Tiwari. The project is gaining attention not only for its storyline but also for providing a strong platform to artists from the Bundelkhand region.

The shooting of the series took place in Mumbai as well as at various locations in Chhatarpur district, Madhya Pradesh. One of the key highlights of the project is the opportunity given to several talented local artists from Bundelkhand, helping them showcase their acting skills on a larger platform.

According to the makers, the story of Sarika blends mystery, suspense, and horror in a way that is expected to keep the audience engaged till the very end. Special attention has been given to the visual effects (VFX) of the series. The team has drawn inspiration from Hollywood-level techniques to create more realistic and immersive supernatural and horror sequences.

Despite limited resources, the makers claim to have worked hard to deliver an international-quality viewing experience. The post-production work is currently in its final stage, and the series is expected to release soon on a major OTT platform.
Director Aditya Tiwari stated that his primary aim is to bring hidden talent from Madhya Pradesh, especially Bundelkhand, to national recognition. He also plans to continue shooting more films and web series in the region in the future, creating more opportunities for local artists, technicians, and young creators while promoting regional art and tourism.

Excitement around Sarika continues to grow, and the makers are hopeful that the series will carve a unique identity among OTT audiences with its strong narrative, impactful performances, and high-quality visual effects.
