Brahma Kumaris organised a blood donation camp today at Sriganganagar center to mark the 18th death anniversary of Dadi Prakashmani. Approximately 75 brothers and sisters enthusiastically participated in the camp, fulfilling their social responsibility by donating blood.
The camp was inaugurated by BK Mohini, the in-charge of the service center, BK Vijay, BK Usha, Dr. Savita Lalgarhia, Dr. Aditya Periwal, and Dr. Hansraj Jyani. BK Mohini highlighted Dadi Prakashmani's spiritual life and her contributions to social welfare.
Dr. Savita Lalgarhia, Dr. Aditya Periwal, and Dr. Hansraj Jyani addressed misconceptions about blood donation and emphasized its importance. They called blood donation an inspiring step for society. BK Vijay stressed the significance of Rajyoga and spiritual knowledge in today’s fast-paced life.
BK Usha, the media in-charge of the service center, said that the camp was organized in collaboration with Tapovan Blood Bank, with 75 individuals donating blood. The Tapovan Blood Bank team played a crucial role in the camp’s success with their efficient services.
BK Usha said that such camps are being organised across the country to commemorate Dadi Prakashmani’s death anniversary, with a significant blood donation target set to be achieved soon.
All blood donors were honored with certificates of appreciation besides serving refreshment.
