JUSTICE REACHES THE DOORSTEPS OF FLOOD VICTIMS

Under the leadership of Avtar Singh, District & Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Fazilka and guidance of Ruchi Swapan Sharma, Secretary, DLSA, relief material has been distributed to flood-affected families through Legal Services Officers under the NALSA Legal Services to Disaster Victims Scheme.

On this occasion, Avtar Singh, District & Sessions Judge, Ajitpal Singh, Additional District & Sessions Judge and Ruchi Swapan Sharma, Civil Judge (SD)/Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, DLSA, distributed ration to the flood-affected families. In addition, the works being carried out by the District Administration, Fazilka were also reviewed.

DLSA Secretary Ruchi Swapan Sharma said that it is our duty to extend every possible assistance to the flood-affected persons, and for this purpose, Help Desks are also being set up by the District Legal Services Authority so that no affected person remains deprived of justice or relief.
