HI-TECH RAMLILA IN SRIGANGANAGAR: SHOBHA YATRA GETS WARM WELCOME

With conch sound and Vedic mantras, flag worship and Balli Maharaj's pujan marked the preliminary beginning for the Hi -Tech Ramlila to be held under the aegis of Shri Ramlila Seva Samiti at Platinum Park in Sriganganagar.

A grand Shobha Yatra of the flag and Balli Maharaj was taken out from the Balaji temple of Nai Abadi. Artist Ravi Soni was on the chariot with the flag in the form of Hanuman. The procession included the committee's chairman Krishna Guneja, Secretary Pawan Wadhwa, Vice President Advocate Gurmesh Dhingra, Treasurer Sanjay Goyal, Director Senapati Narang, Co-Director Sudhir Goyal, Sushma Batra, Mallika Dhingra and many other dignitaries. Everyone enthusiastically participated while dancing and singing to the tune of hymns.

District President of Rajasthan Punjabi Mahasabha Virender Rajpal, prominent social worker Ashok Chandak, Rajinder Gogia, President of Readymade Garments Association, Deepak Dhamija of Mobile Traders Association gave a grand welcome to the procession. In the park, Balli Maharaj was duly installed amidst chanting Vedic mantras and Shanks by Pandit Jagdambika Prasad Tiwari.

The chairman of the managing committee, Krishna Guneja, said that this time too, Hi-tech Ramlila will be staged from September 22 with more grandeur and modern technology. Artists are rehearsing daily and diligently. In this Ramlila, women play the roles of female characters.
