PSPCL help line No . 1912 again proved helpless as the attendents says there was no schedule of the Jarnail Enclave Phase 2 Zirakpur. we can lodge only complaint.
The first complaint was lodged at 4.00 PM , in repy SMS received, we have noted your concern, you will receive your service request reference number in the next SMS”
Further , new message received as the complaint registered vide No. 96765641 has been registered at 12/11/25 16:07 – DS DIVN. ZIRAKPUR.
Further message received ” the supply shall be restored after the shutdown, your ref no is 96766285. If not satisfied SMS comment to 1912. Thanks – DS DIVN. ZIRAKPUR.When again enquired from 1912 , again repeated message supply shall be restored after the shutdown, your ref no is 96767927. If not satisfied SMS comment to 1912.
There was no further reply , but the supply was restored at 6.20 PM.
