The Blood Donation Mega Campaign organized by the Social Service Wing of the Brahma Kumaris in India and Nepal on the occasion of the 18th death anniversary of Dadi Prakashmani, has been recognized as a World Record by the OMG Book of Records.

At a grand award ceremony in Abu Road’s Shantivan, Professor Dr. Dinesh Gupta Anandshree and his team from the OMG Book of Records presented the World Record medal, memento, and certificate to BK Avtar Bhai, National Coordinator of the Social Service Wing, BK Asha Didi, Director of ORC, and others in the presence of 15,000 people.

Dr. Anandshree stated that this mega campaign was conducted by the Social Service Wing of the Brahma Kumaris from August 22 to August 25, 2025, during which a total of 88,378 units of blood were donated in both countries. No other spiritual or social organization has ever conducted a blood donation campaign on such a large scale. The BK’s Social Service Wing was awarded this World Record for meeting all the required standards.

BK Avtar Bhai, National Coordinator of the Social Service Wing, said that the campaign received support from the Central Govt's Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, district blood banks, district government hospitals, medical colleges, Rotary International, Lions Club, ISBTI etc. This was the first time in the history of the Brahma Kumaris that blood donation camps were organized on such a large scale which were monitored through Google Maps, and every blood donor was registered.
