ANTF NABBED TWO INCLUDING A WOMAN WITH 512 GRAM OF ICE

The sleuths belonging to Anti Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) have nabbed two smugglers including a woman and have recovered 512 gram of ICE Drug (Crystal Methamphetamine) from them.

While divulging details, AIG (ANTF) Gurinderbir Singh said that following the inputs, a trap had been laid during which the accused identified as Raj Singh alias Raju resident of Hazara Ram Singh Wala in Jalalabad area and Nisha Rani resident of Lakhe ke Uthar village in Fazilka were nabbded.

The AIG said that during the checking, 512 gram of ICE drug was recovered from the accused following which they were booked under section 22 of NDPS Act at ANTF Police station at SAS Nagar (FIR No. 8)

The AIG said that during the preliminary investigation, it has come to fore that there are few other members who are involved in this gang which used to receive the consignment from Pakistan and later sell this in Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula). “A hunt has been launched to nab the other accused and soon they will be nabbed”, said AIG.
