MLA Sandeep Jakhar celebrated the auspicious festival of Lohri with great enthusiasm and cultural fervour at his Subhash Nagar residence here, showcasing the vibrant spirit of Punjabi tradition great enthusiasm at his residence, along with his supporters and other well-wishers. A large number of people gathered on this occasion.
The MLA lit the sacred bonfire according to traditional customs and shared the joy with those present by offering sesame seeds, jaggery sweets, and peanuts.
He extended his heartfelt greetings to everyone on Lohri and wished that the festival would bring brotherhood, prosperity, and renewed energy to Punjab. During the program, a large number of party workers danced to the beat of the drums and exchanged sweets to celebrate the festival.
