Approximately 19,190 male and female karyakars who coordinate satsang, women’s, and youth activities at BAPS centers throughout Gujarat and Maharashtra participated with great enthusiasm in the Annual Karyakar Shibirs. A total of 26 shibirs were conducted at seven venues – Bochasan, Sarangpur, Gondal, Ahmedabad, Sankari, Tithal, and Nashik – based on the theme ‘Nishthavan Bhava…’ (Be Steadfast in Conviction).
The shibirs focused on various dimensions of nishtha – conviction in doctrinal principles, loyalty to one’s supreme ishtadev, firm faith in the manifest form of God, and loyalty in devotion. Through enlightening discourses by senior and learned sadhus, workshops, inspiring skits, and the video blessings of Mahant Swami Maharaj, karyakars were guided on strengthening their own nishtha (firm conviction) and on how to help strengthen it in others to help build a satsang community rooted in firm conviction and devotion.
The participants were benefited with the gracious presence of Pujya Ishwarcharan Swami, Pujya Tyagvallabh Swami, Pujya Anandswarup Swami, Pujya Viveksagar Swami and other Swamis who showered blessings and hoped the volunteers will keep serving the society with devotion and dedication
