In support of the “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan” launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, a program was organized at the Brahma Kumaris' Rajyoga Center on Trimurti Shiv Jayanti.
Commandant Ajay Kumar of the 55 Bn of the Border Security Force and Mayor Vimal Thatai hoisted the Shiva flag. Balloons carrying the message of anti-drug campaign and peace were released. BSF Deputy Commandant Ratan Lal, social activist Shakuntala Soni, Lekhak Parishad president Raj Sadosh, Advocate Ramesh Sharma, Dr. B.K. Chhabra, Dr. Ajay Gupta, Dr. Ritu Gupta, Dr. Kanchan Khurana, Shyam Sundar Sachdeva, former ITO Balram Singla, were present.
Center Incharge Pushplata welcomed the distinguished guests with a tilak. In the Rajyoga Hall, BK Shalu welcomed the guests with bouquets, while Mehak presented a welcome dance. The guests lit lamps on this occasion.
Commandant Ajay Kumar said that every effort is being made to stop drug trafficking from across the border. The Brahma Kumaris have taken a commendable step by adopting the “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan”. The message must be taken to masses.
