SAPTA SHAKTI COMMAND HOSTS SEMINAR ON ‘MULTILATERALISM IN CRISIS’

The Gyan Shakti Think Tank (GSTT), under the aegis of Sapta Shakti Command, organised an insightful seminar on a relevant contemporary topic ‘Multilateralism in Crisis’ at Jaipur Military Station. Large number of serving and retired defence officers, academicians and students from reputed universities of Jaipur attended the Seminar. The eminent panel included Ambassador TS Tirumurti, Ambassador Suchitra Durai, Ambassador R Swaminathan and Ambassador Satish Mehta who shared their views on the subject. 

(MOREPIC1)(SUBHEAD)Starting from their inaugural seminar in Nov 2024, the Gyan Shakti Think Tank has conducted eight seminars on diverse and compelling topics to include important geopolitical events and security implications. The platform aims to develop and promote intellectual pursuits on strategic and defense related issues. The platform serves as a confluence of intellectual discussions with active participation from veterans and attracts quality speakers to deliberate on some very relevant topics. 

Major General Gautam Chadha of Sapta Shakti command delivered the closing address and conveyed heartfelt gratitude to the learned speakers for their candid views. He also complimented the audience including the students who had come from distant places to participate in the seminar.

He emphasised the requirement of reforms in international institutions to make them more relevant in addressing emerging global problems. The endeavor aims to inherit a culture of strategic thinking and awareness in all stakeholders which will contribute to the journey towards Viksit Bharat.
