HOLI CELEBRATED NEAR THE INDO-PAK BORDER : BSF SOLDIERS GREETED WITH FLOWERS AND SWEETS

Visitors celebrated Holi with enthusiasm at the Sadki JCP on the Indo-Pak border in Fazilka. Border Area Vikas Front President Liladhar Sharma said the spectators showered flowers on the soldiers and wished them a very Happy Holi.   

On the occasion, Ashwani Saini and Ritu Saini, who came from Australia, Jagdish Lal Sapra, Amit Sapra, Ashish Talwar and Sarita Talwar, natives of Fazilka, offered sweets to the BSF soldiers and officers with sweets and wished the saviours of Indian land a Happy Holi. The visiting people also sang Holi songs.  

Meanwhile, spectators sitting on the other side of the JCP in Pakistan area were also seen watching the Holi festival with anxiety and broad smiles.
