Around 50 individuals actively participated in the session and learnt the steps of bhangra and its importance for our health. The event started as a stage towards a sound way of life, planned to advance the physical and mental prosperity of the members.

The event included the different steps of Bhangra and how to practice the beat counts followed by the expert session about the importance of warming up the body before Bhangra and the significance of exercise and eating healthy when pursuing a healthy lifestyle.(SUBHEAD)

Also, how dancing improves strength, muscle functions as well as increases balance and flexibility, leading to better stability. Every individual had immense fun while the session and felt motivated towards fitness.

Commenting on the importance of fitness Sahil Sharma, COO TDI Hospitality said, “Fitness does not only mean sweating it out at the gym. Staying fit can also be fun. This was our motive behind organising the Bhangra session for our residents. Not only is Bhangra a fun dance form, it is also an excellent substitute for the gym. Those who do not visit the gym regularly, can get their share of exercises in such a session. We are glad our residents thoroughly enjoyed the session.

Moving ahead, we are committed to organising more such community events for our residents so that they can enjoy and have fun along with staying fit and healthy.”
