PUNJAB VS ASSAM match was played at JSCA International Stadium Complex, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Assam won the toss and elected to bat. Batting first Assam scored 112 runs for loss of 3 wickets in 20 overs. Uma Chetry (w.k) made 63 runs off 61 balls with help of six boundaries and two sixes and Monika Das scored 42 runs off 50 balls with four boundaries were the main run-getters for Assam. Komalpreet Kaur, Sunita Rani, Neelam Bisht all took 1 wicket each for Punjab.

Replying, Punjab achieved the target of 113 runs with loss of their 4 wickets in 16.2 overs. Taniya Bhatia (wk) scored 32 runs off 36 balls with help of three boundaries, Pragati Singh scored unbeaten 32 runs off 22 balls with five boundaries, Kanika Ahuja scored 22 runs off 17 balls with four boundaries and Ridhima Aggarwal scored 21runs off 16 balls with help of two boundaries and one six were the main run-getters for Punjab. Nirupama Baro, Mousumi Narah, Devashree Konwar, Papori Gogoi took one wicket each for Assam.
