GGDSD COLLEGE CONDUCTGED WORKSHOP ON BIOAESTHETICS AND VERTICAL GARDENS

Workshop on Bioaesthetics and Vertical Gardens was conducted by Department of Botany of Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Chandigarh on Thursday under ‘Waste to Wealth Mission’.

The purpose of this workshop was to inculcate interest among the students and to instil knowledge of the many applications of waste plastic bottles to make green walls and enhance the aesthetic value of courtyard.

The agri-skill workshop was designed to provide hands-on experience to B.Voc Agribusiness and Agrarian Entrepreneurship students as well as offering an opportunity to learn, interact and discuss with the facilitator Dr. Anuprabha and Dr. Sahil Kapoor who are experts of their respective fields. Students under their guidance created hanging pots out of waste. Department has been training students to convert waste materials to sustainable pots.
