HEROIN WORTH RS. 5 CRORES DRUG MONEY OF RS. 1.30 LAKH RECOVERED

In three separate cases, Ferozepur police have arrested four persons and have recovered one kg heroin, drug money of Rs. 1.30 lakh and 500 intoxicating tablets.

While giving information, Charanjit Singh Sohal, SSP said that following the inputs the police had nabbed the accused identified as Balwinder Singh, a resident of Village Habib Wala and recovered 5 gram heroin along with drug money of Rs. 1.30 lakh from him. The accused was booked under NDPS Act at city police station (FIR No. 150 Dated 11.05.2022).

(SUBHEAD)In other case, the sleuths belonging to Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Punjab police arrested one person and recovered one kg heroin worth Rs. 5 crores from him. The accused have been identified as Vishnoor while one other accused identified as Vikas, a resident of Village Kothi Rai Sahib managed to flee from the spot.

The accused were booked in NDPS Act at Cantonment police station (FIR No. 61 Dated 12.05.2022)

In other case, two persons identified as Tarsem Singh alias Sema and Baljit Singh, both residents of Mallanwala were nabbed and 500 intoxicating tablets were recovered from them (FIR No. 74 Dated 11.05.2022).
