SIDHU MOOSEWALA A VICTIM OF AAP'S PUBLICITY STUNT: SUNIL JAKHAR

Chandigarh/Mansa  (Face2News)

Sidhu Musewala had contested the Punjab Assembly elections from Mansa on a Congress ticket and was defeated by AAP candidate Dr. Vijay Singla by a huge margin of 63,000 votes. Vijay Singla was recently sacked by Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann on corruption charges and landed in Jail.

Last month, Sidhu Musewala sparked a controversy after targeting the Aam Aadmi Party and its supporters in his latest song 'Bali Ka Bakra'. The singer had allegedly called AAP supporters 'traitors' in his song.

Captain Amarinder Singh in his series of tweet said, nrutal murder of Sidhu Moosewala is shocking. My profound condolences to the bereaved family. Law and order has completely collapsed in Punjab. Criminals have no fear of law.

In an other tweet captain said,  AAP overnment has miserably failed. Nobody is safe in Punjab!

Former MP and BJP leader Sunil Jakhar has said that Sidhu Moosewala was killed due to Aam Aadmi Party's publicity stunt.Expressing deep sorrow and anguish over the broad daylight killing of singer turned politician Moosewala, Jakhar said that the AAP was making such a bad impression due to unwarranted publicity lust by withdrawing security from the people in Punjab for political gain in other states.

He said that the AAP govt led by Bhagwant Singh Mann was directly responsible for the sad situation. AAP govt which was failing to fulfil its election promises was now doing publicity stunts to divert the attention of public. If the security was withdrawn from the leaders or other people what was the need to shout on it. It was unbecoming on the part of the government to project the withdrawal of security guards as an achievement.

Expressing his condolences to the family of Sidhu Moosewala and his loved ones, Jakhar said that the AAP govt should be held accountable for this failure.
