Mayank Foundation, the leading social service organization of Ferozepur, organized the annual general meeting under the chairmanship of Dr. Anirudh Gupta.
On this occasion, Mayank's father Deepak Sharma first welcomed all the members present there. After this, the secretary Rakesh Kumar, informed about the activities conducted by the foundation throughout the year.
The list of activities comprised 'Ye Diwali Helmet Wali', Pratibha Kanya Scholarship, Online Painting Competition, Teachers' Honour Day, Each One Plant One, Mayank Sharma Memorial Badminton Competition, Kanya Lohri, Traffic Seminar, Reflector Campaign and World Mathematics Day, all of which were enthusiastically organized by the organization.(SUBHEAD)
After this, treasure Manoj Gupta presented the financial report of the last year (2021-22) in front of the house, in which detailed information about the income received during the year and expenditure on various events and projects was provided.
Dr. Anirudh Gupta, the President of the organization appreciated the sincere efforts put in by all the members and voluteers. While addressing the members Dr Gupta said that Mayank Foundation has created niche in the society by doing amazing work during the last four years. He also assured that the day is not far when Mayank Foundation will leave its mark on the national stage.
In the meeting, new members of the Mayank Foundation family, Dr. Saurabh Dhal, Dr. Kulwinder Nanda, Principal Ajit Kumar, Deepak Grover, Rohit Kakkar, Deepak Airi, Munish Mital, Ankit Galhotra, Harish Sharma and Deepak Mathpal were welcomed by presenting mementos and introduced to the house.
On this occasion, a new executive committee of the foundation was also formed unanimously.
At the end of the meeting, Principal Sanjeev Tandon thanked all the members wholeheartedly for their unflinching support to the Mayank Foundation. The Annual General Meeting concluded with a pledge to work with new energy.
