District Police reportedly solve the case of one crore loot sensational incident from the property dealer of Dera Bassi in Mohali District.
SSP Mohali Mr. Vivek Sheel Soni IPS, said on June 10, a man showing a pistol in broad daylightand robbed from property dealer Harjit Nagpal and decamped with Rs 1 crore and injured one person while chasing the robbers.. Case No. 193 dated 10-06-2022 under Sections 307, 397, 120B and 25 of the Arms Act was registered at Dera Bassi Police Station.(SUBHEAD)
To Crack the sensational case of robbery team comprising Mr Gurbakhshish Singh, DSP, Kuljinder Singh DSP (Investigation), various police teams were formed, which includes SHO , Handeseea and LalRu Police station with CIA Staff Mohali was formed.
He said that after being traced by these teams so far three members of the robber gang Ranjodh Singh son of Pargat Singh resident of village Jhandia Kalan, District Ferozepur presently resident of Flat No. 700, D-6, Penta Home,Zirakpur aged around 33 years. (Arrested from Zirakpur) who is on 5 days police remand.
During the investigation, the Rs. 28 lacs recovered from accused Ranjodh Singh from his flat in 700 panta homes.
The other accused identified as Maninderjit Singh son of Kuljit Singh resident of village Badala Johal Teh and district Amritsar age about 25 years. The accused was arrested from Jandiala Guru Amritsar by a team of CIA staff in charge and SHO Handesra police station and recovered Rs. 40 lakh later.
Sourav Sharma son of Rajveer Singh resident # 56, Ward No. 13, near Vishnu Nagar Gurdwara Sahib Gohana Police Station City Gohana District Gohana Age about 22 years was arrested today from the from his house by the team of SHO Derabassi and Lalru Police Stations.
Rs 68 lakh Indian currency and a car Honda City number (DL-4CNC-0508) were recovered from the accused.
He said that accused Maninderjit Singh and Sourav Sharma would be produced in the Hon'ble court and police remand would be obtained. More important revelations are expected.
