Pratyaksh Goel in Under 19 Open, Vedant Garg in Under 15 Open, Atharv Singh Negi in Under 11 Open and Advay Nayyar in Under 7 Open category emerged as champions in their respective categories in the Chandigarh Under-19, Under-15, Under 11 and Under 07 (Open and Girls) Chess Championship at the Chandigarh Baptist School Sector 45-D here.

In the Girls category Precious Bansal In U-19 Girls, Kamya Kumari in under 15 girls, Anvi Gupta in Under 11 girls and Jap Kaur in under 07 Girls category emerged as champions.

In the closing ceremony Naveen Bansal, Vice President of Chandigarh Chess Association gave away prizes to the winners and certificates to all the participants.
