Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) continued week-long 'Bijli Mahotsav' celebrationson Fourth day in Punjab & Haryana. BBMB continued week-long (25th-30th July) Bijli Mahotsav celebrations on continuously Fourth day today under the umbrella of Ujjawal Bharat, UjjawalBhavishya – Power @ 2047 today across the States of Haryana and Punjab i.e. Jhajjar, Hisar, Fatehabad, Bhiwani, Sonipat, Rohtak of Haryana.

Other events in the States of Haryana and Punjab witnessed local MLAs as well as the senior officers of DHVBN, PSPCL & respective district administrations.

Additionally, India had committed in COP21 that by 2030 40% of our generation capacity would be from Renewable Energy sources. We have achieved this target by November 2021, 9 years ahead of schedule.
