A case FIR No. 142, U/S 419, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the direction Special Judicial Magistrate, CBI Court, Sector-43, Chandigarh against Madhu Verma & Shobhit Verma R/o Flat No. 206, H-Block, Indore, Khajrana, MP who procured fake surety & unknown persons who given fake ID & Jamabandhi in court and later not appeared in case FIR No. 220/2018/E0015 dated 28-12-2018 U/S- 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 IPC, CBI, New Delhi. Investigation of the case is in progress.
It may be recalled that a case was registered in 9 crore fraud with Canara Bank Sector 34 , Chandigarh. Madhu Verma and Shobhit Verma was also beneficiary in fraud. Madhu Verma 's brother Walia is already landing in Jail crores of Fraud with Ashok Mittal of Panchkula. Madhu Verma and Shobhit Verma gets bail on fake papers of Barwala man. When court issued notice to surety person Sanjiv Kumar resident of Barwala, he appeared in the court and apprised that he never visit court and nor he know both Madhu Verma and Shobhit Verma. On which the judge ordered to registered case against both of them.
