BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain, now in a great trouble in raping woman in the national capital in the year 2018 in a farm house.
(SUBHEAD)Delhi High Court has also strongly reprimanded the Delhi Police on this whole matter. The High Court told the Delhi Police that why no action has been taken till now.
According to the information, a woman had alleged that Shahnawaz Hussain raped her at Chhatarpur farmhouse. She was raped by feeding her intoxicants. After this he was also threatened with death. The said woman had reached Delhi's Saket court due to lack of hearing in the police regarding this case of rape with her. Where the Saket District Court ordered the Delhi Police to register a case against Shahnawaz Hussain.
Shahnawaz Hussain reached the Delhi High Court challenging the order of Saket Court, but the High Court while dismissing the petition of Shahnawaz Hussain, asked the Delhi Police to register a rape case against him and complete the investigation in three months.
