HH SHEIKH ABDULLAH BIN ZAYED AL NAHYAN RECEIVES BAPS SWAMIS FOR DIWALI

On the occasion of Diwali 2022, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates, warmly received Swami Brahmavihari at his private palace in Abu Dhabi. He extended his Diwali and New Year greetings to the large Indian community residing in the UAE.

During the 40 minutes of enlightening discussions on the values of forgiveness, acceptance and unity in diversity, His Highness reviewed an update on the BAPS Hindu Mandir’s development and progress. Swami Brahmavihari highlighted how the project team and the entire Hindu community were dedicated to making this long-term contribution to the UAE.(SUBHEAD)

His Highness was satisfied and appreciated the detail and intricacy, the commitment of the volunteers and the work done to date. He expressed the UAE’s continued support and commitment to the values of love, tolerance and harmony spread by the historic and iconic upcoming Mandir in Abu Dhabi.

In conclusion, Swami Brahmavihari expressed deep gratitude on behalf of the Indian community in UAE for the warm friendship and continued support of the Leadership.
