Seth Madan Lal Aggarwal (83) husband of Smt. Kaushalya Devi Aggarwal of Jalalabad west in Fazilka Distt. passes away on Nov. 15, 2022 at USA. He was ailing for the last so many years and residing with his family in USA.
He was a great Congress Leader of the Ferozepore Distt.
Born on 22Feb. 1939 heavenly abode on 15 Nov. 2022. Prayer meeting will be held on 19 November, 2022 12 Noon onwards at 18573, Emanuel Ct, Saratoga CA 95070 (USA).
