PRATYAKSH GOEL EMERGES CHANDIGARH CHESS CHAMPION

Pratyaksh Goel became the champion with six points at the conclusion of the 32nd Chandigarh Chess Championship at the Chandigarh Baptist School Sector 45 D, here. The second position was bagged by Anubhav Tuknayat, who scored 5.5 points. The third and fourth position was bagged by Vedant Garg and Swastik Singhal respectively, who also scored 5.5 points.

The Championship was being organised by Chandigarh Chess Association to select a team of four players to represent Chandigarh in the forthcoming MPL Senior National Chess Championship-2022 at New Delhi starting from December 22.
