Accused Satish Gupta S/O Chaman lal Gupta , Pardeep Gupta S/o Chaman lal Gupta, Raman Gupta S/O Chaman lal Gupta all resident of H.No. 24, Adarsh Nagar, Derabassi, Mohali and Anupam Gupta s/o Madan Gopal Gupta R/O # 163,HIG flats, Senior Citizen Society Sector 48C, Chandigarh Director of GBP group (Gupta Builders and promoters) are involved in 19 cases of cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy, in which cheated amount are of Rs. 40 Crore approximately involved.
Police said, the proceeding for attachment of property of accused person will be initiated u/s 83 CrPC and reward of Rs. 50,000/- has been fixed by Chandigarh Police, to the informant of above noted wanted persons.
They have been declared Proclaimed offenders on 21.11.2022 by the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Komple Dhanjal, JMIC, Chandigarh, which were registered under Police Station, Sector 34, Chandigarh on different dates.
