'Dil Le Gayi Kudi’ fame singer Jasbir Jassi will perform at Chandigarh Club on New Year's Eve. The popular singer interacted with the media at Chandigarh Club to share details of his performance.
The performance will be the grand finale under the club's Countdown 2023 celebration.
During his interaction with the press the famous singer said “ I am delighted to be performing at Chandigarh Club on New Year Eve. I am looking forward to exhibit three colours of music that is Folk, Sufi and Pop. The prime focus is to highlight the true art of singing through these three colours and to cheer everyone into welcoming the new year.”(SUBHEAD)
Jassi is slated to sing his top hit songs on the last night of Chandigarh Club's winter festival and Club Carnival. This musical night will also include some of his chart buster tracks like Dil le Gayi Kudi , Koka, Laung Da Lashkara with a special performance of Folk and Sufi songs on the new year’s evening. The celebration is set to last for 4-5 hours starting at 8 p.m on 31st December.
He further added “With the beginning of a new year I appeal to every artist to create songs free of lyrics that promote violence and weapons. The lyrics should showcase pure Punjabi culture. Moreover I want to spread the message of peace and harmony with the commencement of a new year.”
Jasbir Jassi also said that his new upcoming song ‘Jatt Seena Taan Bolda’ is going to be released on the night of the 31st. Folk singers Ustad Puran Shah Koti and Balbir Beera will also be seen performing alongside Jasbir Jassi on New Year's Eve.
The grand performance will mark the end of Countdown 2023- the winter festival and club carnival organized by Chandigarh club. The eight-day festival started on 24th December, 2022 and under it many events were organized throughout the week including Christmas.
