PROTECTION TO MINISTERS LIKE SANDEEP SINGH SHAMEFUL FOR BJP: BALHARA

In a meeting chaired by Ashok Balhara, National Convenor of All India Jat Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti, Yash Malik's statement in Jasia (Haryana) was strongly condemned in which he used words like goons, terrorists and knife-wielding people for Jat community. Balhara also criticized the BJP government in the state for protecting ministers like Sandeep Singh.
It was also discussed in the meeting that what Malik had given to the community of Haryana in the last 15 years as its National President. During these years 21 children were martyred and about 2200 court cases ruined the future of the youth. He met the government and got the sedition case against him dismissed. He wasted crores of rupees of the community. The Jats of Haryana are not reserved in any category today. Before leaving for Delhi on March 20, 2017, Malik did the heinous act of making a deal with the government on the night of March 18, 2017 without taking the people of Haryana along, which the community will never forgive.(SUBHEAD)
On October 2, 2021, at Nangloi Jat Dharamshala in Delhi, when the resolution of Jat Aarakshan Abhiyan was released, Ashok Balhara, along with hundreds of his colleagues, exposed Malik's conspiracy to weaken the farmer's movement. Then on December 19, 2021, by calling a big panchayat in Hisar, he worked to show Yashpal Malik the way out of the Samiti. It was unanimously decided in the meeting that Malik should immediately apologize for his cheap remarks against the proud community, otherwise Khaps, Kisan Mazdoor Sangathan and Jat Sangharsh Samiti will take a tough decision against Malik in the coming months.
Everyone unanimously spoke of giving a befitting reply to Yashpal Malik's conspiracy to create differences between Khapo, Kisan organizations and Jat Sangharsh Samiti and other organizations.
Some of the prominent resolutions passed in today's meeting were – cases filed during Jat movement and farmer's movement should be withdrawn, Jats should get reservation under Backward Classe B in Haryana and OBCs at the Center, guarantee should be given on MSP, farmers should get loan waiver, and Agneepath, privatization and anti-labour laws should be withdrawn with immediate effect.
Akhil Bhartiya Jat Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti demanded from the government that serious allegations have been leveled against the Sports Minister, therefore, on the basis of morality, the minister's resignation should be taken and an impartial inquiry should be conducted.
