Chandigarh/Mohali

Royale Estate Group (REG) celebrated the festival of Lohri with fervour and enthusiasm at the project site of Mohali Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ) located on the Banur -Tepla road. MIEZ is being developed by the Royale Estate Group. Members of top management and employee were present.

Piyush Kansal, Director, REG said, “The festival of Lohri holds great significance for people across the country but it is very special for the people of Punjab. It marks the harvest of the Rabi crop and also signals that winter is on its way out. Punjabis worship the fire and thank God for the good harvest. We invited all MIEZ stakeholders and members of the community and celebrated the spirit of shared prosperity.”

Piyush Kansal said further ,”Many investors have chosen MIEZ as their destination for future growth. Making Ways Auto Industries, Garden Engineers, Boxboard Packaging, Gupta Industry, Sunny Engineers & Aveer Industries among many more have already opted for MIEZ.”(SUBHEAD)

Talking about the MIEZ project, Neeraj Kansal, MD, REG, said: “The project is getting enquiries from varied stakeholders. We have also applied for RERA registration. MIEZ has got important approvals from the Punjab Government. A state-of-the-art facility, MIEZ, is being developed in 100 plus acres of land.”

He said that MIEZ is the region’s first-of-its-kind state-of-the-art industrial facility and many investors have already chosen MIEZ as their destination for future growth.

Ashish Mittal, another Director at REG said, “The project is in sync with the vision of 'Invest Punjab’. It will be suitable for all kinds of industries – textiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, tools and precision, assembling units, printing press, building material, warehousing solutions, cold storages, engineering and fabrication units, electrical and electronic items, food and food processing, ceramics and refractories, distillery, pesticides and many more.”

The plan is to offer a 360-degree solution for all industrial needs. It will have an effluent treatment plant (ETP), skill development centre, R & D centre, tool and equipment room, wide roads and all civic amenities. Its strategic location on NH 205A, which is witnessing traffic volume of around 50,000 per day between Manali-Ambala-Delhi Road, makes MIEZ unique as a project. It has on hand connectivity to NH-7 and NH-1. It lies in the vicinity of the dry port at Shambhu bordering Punjab and Haryana. It is also in the close proximity to Amritsar-Kolkata Industrial Corridor (AKIC).

It is to be noted that REG is a zero-debt company with no bank liability and obligations. “Our lands are registered in the company’s name. We work with transparency and honesty as our guiding business principle is – “Hum Banate Bhi Hain Aur Basaate Bhi Hain,” Summed up Mittal.
