Swami Brahmavihari, incharge of the Hindu Mandir project in Abu Dhabi, had an hour-long meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He expressed gratitude to Modi, on behalf of Mahant Swami Maharaj and BAPS worldwide, for inaugurating Pramukh Swami Maharaj Centenary Celebrations.
When told that the entire festival ground, spread over 600-acre land, had been vacated and restored to the farmers, the PM said, "It was one of its kind, so huge and so well-planned, I am happy that it was celebrated flawlessly, without a single glitch or hitch."
Swami ji updated the PM on the upcoming BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi. The PM was particularly interested in the 300 hi-tech sensors installed throughout the Mandir, which provide valuable live data of pressure, temperature, settlement, deflection and stresses created by seismic movements, among other things.Swami Brahmavihari tied a nadachhadi on Modi’s wrist.
