The fine tons from Arjit Singh and an unbeaten Nikhil Kumar helped Terrace Zone to post a formidable total of 361/9 in their first innings against Rose Zone at the finals of the UTCA Men's Senior Domestic Cricket Tournament being played at Cricket Stadium, Sector 16.

Rose Zone won the toss and invited the opposition to bat first which proved disaster for the fielding side. The half century knock from Manan Vohra (67), put the team to a commanding position with 180/1 on the board.

He was well supported by unbeaten batter Nikhil Sharma who scored 101 runs off 128 balls. His knock included two sixes and 15 boundaries. Vishu Kashyap (3/45) took three wickets for the bowling side.

Meanwhile, both the matches of Men's Under-19 matches played in Kaimbala ended in draw.

A century from Peace Zone's Paras (105) against the total of Terrace Zone's 326/9 managed to settle for a draw as the team scored 333/9. Dipanshu Bansal contributed 65 runs. Rajvardhan clinched three wickets for Terrace Zone.

After the fall of 18 wickets on the first day, the match between Plaza Zone and Rose Zone ended in a draw. Plaza scored 264 runs in their first innings in reply to Rose Zone's 143. Rose Zone second innings was disappointing and they were all out for 258, leaving the opposition a target of 138. Plaza Zone could manage only 47/2 which resulted in a draw.
