Police has achieved a major success in solving a theft case by apprehending two accused Akash S/o Rohan Lal R/o H.No 2031 New Indra Colony age 20 years and Juvenile AXXX and recovered total cash of Rs 4000/-, ATM Card Axis Bank and Aadhar Card, Canara Bank ATM Card and Pan Card within 16 hours after registration the case.
As per the complaint filed by Deepak Kumar S/o Bhage Ram R/o H.No 2441A Mari Wala Town Mani Majra, He reported that he is the owner of Verma Paper Store at Shop No. 2245 Mari wala Town Mani Majra and yesterday i.e 13.07.2023 he went to his home and close his half Shutter of his shop.
(SUBHEAD)When he came back he found that his Shutter was opened and checked his cash counter and articles he found that his 15000 to 20000 cash along with his documents i.e pan card of Deepak, aadhar card of Sonia W/o Deepak, ATM Card of Canara Bank and Axis Bank, RC of vehicle no. CH01CG4945, CH01C1933 was stolen from his cash counter. FIR No. 73 Dated 14.07.2023 U/S 380 IPC was registered
and legal action was initiated accordingly.
After going through all the contents of the FIR, a team was constituted under the close supervision of Palak Goel. D.S.P. North East Division and under the leadership of Insp. Neeraj Sarna, SHO, PS Manimajra. During the course of investigation the police officials nabbed two accused Akash and Juvenile AXXX along with total cash of Rs 4000/-, ATM Card Axis Bank and Aadhar Card of Sonia W/o Deepak, Canara Bank ATM Card and Pan Card of Deepak Kumar.
On 15.07.2023, the accused was produced in the Hon’ble Court and Hon’ble court sent to Judicial custody. Further investigation in the present case is going on.
Moreover, as per record the accused Akash is a habitual criminal and drug addict and involved in below mentioned cases:- FIR No. 39 of 2022 U/S 379, 411 IPC PS 26 Chandigarh, FIR No. 124 of 2019 U/S 379, 411 IPC PS Sector 5 Panchkula Haryana.
KNOW THE ACCUSED: Akash , a drug addict S/o Rohan Lal, middle standard passed and still unmaerried,, working as vendor in Grain Market Sector 26 Chandigarh.
