As per the instructions of Deputy Commissioner of Police Sumer Pratap Singh, under the leadership of ACP Crime Arvind Kamboj, Crime Branch Sector 26 Inspector Virendra Singh and his team member ASI Ravi Kumar, the 5th accused responsible for Firing on the Escape Bar Sector-5 and threatening the Manager, hails from Bambiha Gang namely Dilbar son of Ramesh Kumar resident of village Bhurewala Narayangarh age 18 years was brought on production warrant and during six days police remand , a pistol with live cartridge was recovered.
(MOREPIC2)(SUBHEAD) It is said that on June 15 last at around 11 o'clock in the night, bikers fired on Bar and ran away threatening the Manager Jitendra Kumar. Upon which the Police Station Sector 5 registered FIR under Section 285/506/336/34/386/120B of the Penal Code and the Arms Act.
It may also add that, Manbir Singh alias Manbir Rana, Gaurav alias Gabbar, Diksham alias Dishu and Karan Kumar alias Dappal have already been arrested by the Crime Branch in the case on 13.07.2023. At the instance of the accused, 1 illegal pistol and 1 live cartridge have also been recovered, which were used in the firing. Four cases of attempt to murder, possession of illegal weapons already registered against the accused. He has been sent back to Jail.
