FAZILKA JUDGES REACH OUT TO FLOOD HIT PEOPLE

Jatinder Kaur, District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairperson District Legal Services Authority, with the support of DLSA, distributed dry ration and drinking water to the bordering villages of Fazilka today.

(SUBHEAD)DJ Jatinder Kaur said that on Tuesdayshe and other judges visited the river near village Kawanwali where they along with Naib Tehsildar on the spot took information about the flood affected villages. They enquired from the tehsildar about the required ration and assured to provide the same soon. Today, they went to Kawanwali village and distributed dry ration and drinking water on the spot.

Along with this, they appealed to the common people to contribute as much as possible to help the flood affected people.

On the occasion, DJ-cum-Chairperson DLSAJatinder Kaur, DSLA secretary Amandeep Singh listened to the problems of the people and asked the concerned officers to solve the same.
