A case FIR No. 139, U/S 420, 406, 467, 468, 470, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh u/s 156 (3) CrPC on the directions of Distt. Court, Sector-43, Chandigarh against Gulshan Kumar, Ashok Kumar and others of Sunland Education SCO 260-261 1st Floor, Sector-32, Chandigarh.
All of them committed fraud of Rs. 4 lacs besides 20 percent profit share of the complainant till date by illegal Embezzlements and putting him in loss.
No arrest has been made so far and the investigation of the case is in progress.
