BJP PRESIDENT SUNIL JAKHAR STOPS SUKHMINDERPAL SINGH GREWAL FROM HOLDING A MEETING IN THE PARTY OFFICE, HUGE ANGER AMONG WORKERS

A meeting was held at Punjab BJP office, Sector 37A, Chandigarh on Sunday, under the leadership of BJP national leader Sukhminder Pal Singh Grewal regarding ignoring senior leaders in the ongoing list of Punjab BJP, but Punjab BJP President Sunil Jakhar postponed this meeting to the BJP office. It was not allowed to take place and this meeting had to be held outside the party office.
(MOREPIC1)Due to this decision of the BJP President, there is a lot of anger among the leaders and workers who reached the BJP office in large numbers from all over Punjab. After this, BJP leader Grewal had to present his views in front of the media outside the office.
BJP leader Sukhminder Pal Singh Grewal said that friends from all over Punjab have come with him. He said that at the time of inception of the office in which he is being refused to sit today, he was the President of BJP Yuva Morcha. He has had full contribution in its construction. He said that three decades ago, people of rural areas called BJP a party of businessmen, but we took it among the common people. He said that now the time has come that in the office which we built, Sunil Jakhar is refusing to sit anywhere or allow anyone to sit there.(SUBHEAD)
He said that today he had made arrangements for the media in the BJP office, but they too had to listen to him outside. He said that when the organization in Delhi became weak, calls used to come from Delhi, even then he organized programs where it was difficult for BJP's voice to be heard.After Sunil Jakhar became the president, the old leaders of BJP were ignored and people from Congress were placed in their places. He said that whereas he can contest elections at another place.
Those who did not get tickets in the Congress party are roaming here with heavy security. He said that due to this the party workers are in despair. He said that at present we are at 6 percent, but due to these reasons we will go further backward.
Grewal said that we, who spent 30 years building offices, are standing outside and those from outside are inside. He also accused the new people of taking money during the by-elections.
He said that the people of his village are standing with him today. Told him that he has no greed for position or post, rather he has worked honestly for the party even in foreign countries.
