UT GIRLS LOST TO HP BY SEVEN WICKETS

UT girls suffered a massive seven-wicket defeat against Himachal Pradesh in their second match at the onging T20 triangular series being played between three cricket boards – UTCA (Chandigarh), JKCA (Jammu and Kashmir) and HPCA (Himachal Pradesh) at Hostel Ground, Jammu on Saturday.

. In this match played at the Hostel Ground on Saturday, Earlier, Himachal Pradesh won the toss and invited Chandigarh to bat. UT girls scored 80/9 with Aradhana Bisht (21) being the top scorer. Nikita and Sonal took two wickets each for HP.

In reply, Nancy (25) and unbeaten Vandana (21) made the chase easy for Himachal as the team surpassed the given target in the 19th over at the loss of three wickets. Monika Bishnoi took two wickets for Chandigarh. Chandigarh's next match is scheduled against JKCA on October 9.
