The record holders include Vijay Kumar Devarkhyani (Bhopal), Zydus Healthcare (Mumbai), Raja Narasimhan (Pune), 42 Leuva Patidar Uva Mandal (Patan), Santa Monica Study Abroad Pvt Ltd (Kochi), Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences (Puducherry), Kalyani Mudumba (Bloomington, USA), Nallangu Bhavya Hasini (Nellore), India Glycols Ltd (Gorakhpur), EVO India (Pithampur), Dr Ranjit Das (Hawra, West Bengal) and Aarav Samir Savla (Mumbai).
The record for doing an aerial runway was made by specially-abled Vijay Kumar Devarkhyani of Bhopal, who is case of Locomotor Disability above 82%. He performed ziplining across Tower 1 to Tower 3 at 473ft height at the age of 24 ys, 2 months, and 6 days. The record for maximum HCPs joining the Melasma awareness movement pan-India was set by Zydus Healthcare, Mumbai. 18,737 healthcare professionals (HCPs) participated in the Face the World campaign on April 1 to May 31, 2023. The record for the maximum number of Indian states/UTs visited by road to raise awareness about public hygiene was set by Raja Narasimhan of Pune, who covered 32,000 km distance in 2021-23.

The record for the largest Hepatitis B vaccination camp was set by Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences of Puducherry.
The record for the maximum (27) participants singing Carnatic classical songs in different languages was set by Kalyani Mudumba of Bloomington, USA. The record for the longest duration (4 hrs) to perform Bharatanatyam was set by Nallangu Bhavya Hasini of Nellore. The record for the highest sales of a country liquor brand (Bunty Bubbly) was set by India Glycols Ltd of Gorakhpur. The record for maximum distance covered in 24 hours on a bike was set by EVO India on TVS Apache RR310 with Apollo Alpha H1 Tyres at the NATRAX in Pithampur.
