The Mount Jogin Expedition Team of Amogh Division was flagged on Saturday at Jaipur Military Station by Lt Gen BS Raju, General Officer Commanding in Chief of South Western Command. The team had successfully summited Mt Jogin peak in Garhwal Himalayas.

The team consisting of 12 Army personnel of Mooltan Battalion was led by Major Vatti Chandra Kumar. The expedition was flagged off from Fazilka Military Station on September 4, and underwent specialised training on rock craft, ice craft and acclimatisation at various stages prior to summit of Mt Jogin Peak.
