Punjab Govt. has announcement Public holiday in State on October 28th in connection to celeberate Valmiki Jayanti. The notification has been issued in this regards.
The School and offices to remain closed in State on October 28.
Meanwhile , the Punjab Government has declared a local holiday on October 30, 2023 (Monday) in Amritsar district on the auspicious occasion of the Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Ramdas Sahib ji.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of the State Government said that all the offices of the state government, boards/corporations and government educational institutions will remain closed on October 30, in the Amritsar district. A notification in this regard has been issued by the Personnel Department.
