WERE SWIFTLY TRACKED DOWN AND SUBDUED BY JOINT OPERATION OF P.S ALIPUR, SPECIAL STAFF & ANTI-GANGSTER TEAMS OF OUTER NORTH DISTRICT

On 22/02/2024 at 9.34 PM, a PCR call was received from a lady caller at PS Alipur alleging that her husband namely Vikas was fired upon by 04 people (belonging to Tillu Tajpuriya Gang).
It was later found that injured Vikas @ Pali, S/o Vijay Kumar, R/o H.no.216, Village Bakoli, Delhi, was seated in his car no. DL-9C-AQ-9043 in front of his shop PALI CHICKEN SHOP, near OM Dharamkanta, Village Bakoli, Delhi. Suddenly, a white Swift Dezire car approached his car, and three individuals named Sidharth , Rohit @ Laddu, and Kunal @ Senti alighted from that car, with one person named Mohit remaining seated in the driver's seat. They were carrying weapons, and the complainant tried to flee from the scene, but they began firing at him and inflicted gunshot injury on the complainant.
On receiving the information, various police teams including local police and special staff and Anti gangster cell teams, immediately started a search and combing operation in the nearby areas and reached Bakhtawarpur, where they saw some movement in the farms. On challenging the accused, he fired at the local police and the police team retaliated in self-defense. The accused was later identified as Rohit @Laddu and he got injured and was overpowered by the PS Alipur Staff team headed by SHO Alipur – Insp. Shailendra Kumar.
Mr. Ravi Kumar Singh, IPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Outer North District, said, the remaining accused fled from the spot and were chased by a team of Alipur police and special staff. One more accused was tracked down by the special staff near Janti toll. He fired at the police and special staff team while trying to run away and the special staff retaliated in self defense. The second accused named Mohit got injured in the exchange of fire and was overpowered by the Special staff team headed by Insp. Special Staff – Umesh Sharma.
The third accused Siddharth was also apprehended from the farms near Janti toll. The teams combed an area of approximately five kilometer radius in the dark to nab these accused.
Reason for the attack :-
Vikas is a chicken shop owner and had recently opened a new chicken shop in Bakoli. He further said that the accused were jealous of him because of his new shop. On 22.2.24, the accused met Vikas outside his chicken shop in Bakoli and shot him while he was sitting in his car. The victim then tried to flee away in his car while being chased by the accused.

Mohit S/o Randhir R/o Village Kami Sonipat Haryana Age 23 years is involved in following 02 FIRs :-FIR No. 42/2024 Dated 12.01.2024 U/s 392/34 P.S Bawana New Delhi., FIR No. 11/2024 Dated 19.01.2024 U/s 307/395/397/511 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act P.S Sector 6 Bahadur Garh District Jhajjhar.
Siddharth S/o Asharam R/o 133 Bumiya Wala Chowk Bakoli, Delhi, Age 19 years is involved in following 02 FIRs , FIR No. 42/2024 Dated 12.01.2024 U/s 392/34 P.S Bawana New Delhi., FIR No. 11/2024 Dated 19.01.2024 U/s 307/395/397/511 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act P.S Sector 6 Bahadur Garh District Jhajjhar.
The fourth accused named Kunal @ Senti @Shanty S/o Sanjay R/o Khairpur, HR is on the run and efforts are underway to nab him.
Recovery :-02 Sophisticated Pistols., 01 Country Made Pistol, 2 live cartridges and 2 empty cartridges.
4.) Swift Dezire Car (DL9CAR6833) used in the commission of Crime, One Mobile phone.
Three FIRs have been registered in the above matter:-
FIR No 186/24 u/s 307/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act against Aman, Chetan, Kuldeep, Rohit, Mohit, Siddharth and Kunal @ Senty., FIR No 187/24 u/s 186/353/307 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act against Rohit @Laddu, FIR No 188/24 u/s 186/353/307 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act against Mohit.
Further investigation is in progress.
